Highly Precise Testing Equipment

NMB Damping Tester

Manufactured by Japanese NMB, and is mainly for measuring the damping force for shock absorbers and testing the normality of damping force reaction. Through various reciprocating stroke speed of shock absorber, the damping coefficient can be calculated by shock absorber's compression and extension. The program of NMB Damping Tester includes different settings for high speed, medium speed, low speed and self-set speed. There is also a continuous function, which tests the shock absorber’s damping performance that is done after a long period of operation at high temperature.

MAHA Suspension Tester

Made in Germany, and is widely used by Formula 1 racing team as a professional testing instrument. This tester introduces a unique vibrating test method to measure shock absorber's amplitude by stimulating the wheels to move in a moment without external force, and this data results can be analyzed. Meanwhile, it can also inspect the ground adherence of each wheel and measure the weight of each wheel. By analyzing different test results from the vehicle, we can diagnose the movement of shock absorber, and to provide the proper adjustment for suspension.

Beissbarth Alignment Machine

A well-known German factory with a history over a hundred years, the Beissbarth wheel alignment system utilizes the wireless CCD camera which is based on dynamic diagnosis system. By sensing the surrounding in 360 degree, it inputs the data to computer in wave-less transmission and shows the abnormality through the dynamic data. The Berissbarth alignment machine is endorsed by famous automobile makers as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi…etc., and is indispensable for chassis setup which includes suspension setup and alignment.
